Leadership is about watching over those you are leading. Wether you are watching over your employees, your church members, group members, family, or friends, a true leader try's to know hIs people and serve them. Service, that's true leadership. Sure, they give guidance, advice, and teach. But, it's the servant leader that really leads the way a God intended.
Praise God for true leaders and the service they provide.
