I spend every day with young people. I see so much confusion in their lives. When they were young most of their parents tell them they could be anything. If they wanted to be president, they could. If they wanted to be an astronaut, they could. Everything was within their reach. Sadly, as they grow up, those dreams turn to disappointment. They see those dreams fade and barriers rise up all around them. It is no wonder many of the youth today are disillusioned. The barriers of poverty, disfunctional families, and education are real. The battle for a better life grows tiresome and it becomes easier to give up than fight. But, there is good news. You can get your dreams back! Just find the way, the truth, and the life! JESUS!
Satan takes the hope of the lost. Dispair sets in when you lose track of the savior. You are guaranteed hope when you turn to Jesus. He's not going to give you a million dollars, he's probably not going to make you president. What he will do is satisfy your every need, give you a way out of gloom and dispair, and give you a peace that comes from a life full of love. There are no barriers to large for Jesus. All you need is to turn to Christ. Begin dreaming again and get the greatest gift, eternal life with Jesus!
