Christians are under attack. We started as a country formed on the principles of God. As we developed and became more prosperous we turned from God. Slowly God was taken out of our daily lives. The pendulum is still moving. We are moving to a Godless society. The movement has turned to an all out attack on the Church and on people of faith. Even our government, created because of oppression, has gone on the attack. Our own government would oppress its most loving and giving citizens. Our attackers claim we lack tolerance when they do not tolerate our views and beliefs. It's a double standard.
Even through all this, we can not forget what we are about. We need to take the high road. We are not to condemn the world. We are to love them and share the perfect love of Jesus. I don't care if it's gays, Atheists, politicians, terrorists, the immoral, or other Christian attackers. We are not to condemn. We are called to love and witness in the camp of the enemy. We are the only hope for these people. We are the hope for the world. If we condemn and destroy relationships we will not have the opportunities to witness.
Praise God for his love and protection for us in a world that is attacking us on all sides. Praise God he is in control and we know he is the ultimate victor.
