It's never too late!

As you read over what I have written to you, you’ll be able to see for yourselves into the mystery of Christ. None of our ancestors understood this. Only in our time has it been made clear by God’s Spirit through his holy apostles and prophets of this new order. The mystery is that people who have never heard of God and those who have heard of him all their lives (what I’ve been calling outsiders and insiders) stand on the same ground before God. They get the same offer, same help, same promises in Christ Jesus. The Message is accessible and welcoming to everyone, across the board. (Ephesians 3:4-6 MSG)

I have been apart of a program where students complete math courses at their own pace. I have some complete their course work in as little as 6 weeks and others who take an entire year. Both students get the same reward. Why is it so important that all students work at the same pace? This new program has been great for the students who excell at math AND for those that struggle. I've not received complaints fro either student. Both are happy.

The message of the gospel is timeless. God will not bless us based on the length of time we spend as a follower. Coming to God early in life has its great rewards. A lie filled with blessings from God is a treasure. But, being able to make that decision late in life is just as wonderful. It's never too late. You are never too far gone. You are never out of the grasp of the hand of God. Eternity is the result regardless.
