Easter Advice

Do not be afraid of what you are about to suffer. I tell you, the devil will put some of you in prison to test you, and you will suffer persecution for ten days. Be faithful, even to the point of death, and I will give you life as your victor’s crown. (Revelation 2:10 NIV)

I hate it when people give you advice out of ignorance. They act like they know how you feel even though they have never experienced what you're going through. I'm a teacher and have been an educator for over twenty years. Yet, people, whose only experience with education is graduating from high school, just love to hand out "expert advice". They test my Christian patience every time we speak.

This ADVICE from Revelation is advice from God and he knows what it feels like to suffer persecution. He knows about being tested and he has always been faithful, even unto death. We need to receive his advice and embrace this Easter Season with the same love he revealed to us. Christ suffered and died for us. He gave up his life at the fathers side so that we might be saved.

Praise God for his wonderful Easter gift!
